At Pawolly, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your pets. Our warranty policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your purchases are protected.


🛡️ Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: All Pawolly products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage Includes:

    • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

    • Functional failures that occur during the warranty period.

  • Exclusions:

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.

    • Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratching, or discoloration.

    • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

    • Loss or theft of the product.

    • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.


🔧 Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at help.pawolly@gmail.com with the following information:

    • Order number

    • Product name and description of the issue

    • Photographs or videos demonstrating the defect

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary.

  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

    • Repair the product at no cost to you,

    • Replace the product with a new or refurbished item, or

    • Refund the purchase price.

Please note that the warranty does not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for warranty claims.

  • Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.


⚠️ Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability for Consequential Damages: Pawolly is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Exclusive Remedy: The remedies provided in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer.
